These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

2. Products & Nature of Goods

All products sold by Soulspire Rituals are handcrafted in small batches. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in color, texture, herbal composition, or crystal placement may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.

Descriptions of energetic, spiritual, or metaphysical properties are based on traditional and holistic practices. They are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies, or a medical condition, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Products intended for ingestion should be consumed responsibly and according to instructions provided. Soulspire Rituals is not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• A pricing or listing error has occurred

• The product becomes unavailable

• Fraud or unauthorized payment is suspected

All prices are listed in EUR.

4. Shipping

Currently, Soulspire Rituals ships within Ireland only.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary due to postal service delays. Once an order has been dispatched, Soulspire Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

5. Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with European consumer legislation, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods (cooling-off period), except where exclusions apply.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in writing at soulspirerituals@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

• Be unused

• Be in original condition

• Be returned in original packaging

The following items are non-refundable:

• Used candles

• Opened or used herbal products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Products unsealed after delivery where hygiene protection applies

If a candle presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Personalized Products

Custom or personalized items are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, product descriptions, images, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Soulspire Rituals and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soulspire Rituals shall not be held liable for:

• Improper use of products

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use

By purchasing from Soulspire Rituals, you acknowledge that use of our products is at your own discretion and responsibility.
