Returns & Refunds Policy

At Soulspire Rituals, each piece is handcrafted with care and intention. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with European consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery at:

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused

Items must be in original condition

Items must be returned in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used candles

Opened or used herbal products

Products intended for ingestion once opened

Personalized or custom-made items

Items unsealed after delivery where hygiene protection applies
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
If the product is confirmed faulty, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund (including original shipping costs)
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
