How to Use Your Botanical Bath
Your Botanical Bath is meant to be used in moments when you feel the need to reconnect with yourself or with the present moment. It is designed to help cleanse energies that may feel stagnant, heavy, or blocking your path. Through the energetic properties of each herb, the bath supports this clearing process while gently inviting your chosen intention into your life.
Preparation
- Set aside three jars or pitchers (1–2 litres each).
- In two separate jars, dissolve the Coarse Sea Salt and the Epsom Salt, each in 1.5 litres of warm water.
- In the third jar, place the herbal blend into the reusable tea bag and steep in 1.5 litres of hot water, covering until use.
- You may use all elements together if that feels right to you. However, experiencing each step individually allows for a deeper connection, as each phase carries its own purpose and creates a more intentional energetic flow.
-Do not expose yourself to sunlight after using the herbs.
- If it´s possible, choose a moment when you can rest and relax, allowing the experience to fully settle in your body and mind.
Step 1 - Cleanse & Release
Coarse Sea Salt
- After your cleansing shower, slowly pour the Coarse Sea Salt water from your shoulders down.
- This first step of the ritual focuses on energetic cleansing and release.
- As the water flows, visualize everything you wish to clear: emotional heaviness, worries, resentment, or negative energy, and set the intention for it to be washed away, opening space for the new.
Step 2 - Calm & Ground
Epsom Salt
- Next, pour the Epsom Salt water from your shoulders down.
- This step helps calm the mind and relax the body, easing physical and emotional tension.
- Allow yourself a few quiet moments to breathe and settle into stillness.
- This is a moment of transition, where what no longer serves you is released, and you gently prepare to receive the energetic properties of the herbs.
Step 3 - Receive & Restore
Herbs Infusion
- Pour the herbal infusion over the body, from the shoulders down, or add it to the bathwater, while holding the intention close to the heart.
- Visualize what you wish to attract into your life and allow yourself to feel it as if it is already yours.
- Do not rinse, gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel.
- If possible, return the used herbs to nature, honoring the cycle of gratitude and exchange.
Move at your own pace, trust what feels right, and honor the space you've created for yourself. Whether used as a simple pause or a deeper experience, your Botanical Bath is an invitation to reset, reconnect, and carry this sense of calm and intention with you beyond the water.
